I’m starting July with eight fountain pens inked up, the same number as I started June with, although only four of these pens were inked up when June began. I’ve been really happy with the inks and pens I’ve been using these past few months, even if they have been a bit boring. Four pens were flushed out during June and four new ones were inked up.
Two of the new pens are Kaweco AL Sports. I had pulled out the Black Stonewashed with plans to sell it but liked it enough to keep it. The raw aluminum has always been a favorite. In keeping with an unexpected pair theme I also inked up two Vanishing Points, one of which was new and both of which have custom nibs.
As usual, the Esterbrook Dip-Less isn’t pictured, otherwise the samples are in the same order as in the photos. Links are to my review or first impressions article if it exists.
